Your board has been working for some time to update the association’s by-laws. We have posted PDFs of both the current SHMA Bylaws and new proposed SHMA Bylaws under the Useful Links tab. We encourage all SHMA members to review the proposed bylaws by August 31, 2021. If you have feedback to provide to us, please send it to us at board@shmanor.org prior to August 31, 2021.
Please note that while we may not respond individually to all emails, we will consider all comments prior to formally submitting the proposed SHMA Bylaws to the membership for vote, which we anticipate will be in the coming months.
