EXISTING MEMBERS
To renew your membership for 2025-2026 please login and update your contact and vehicle information. Payments can be processed online. If you'd prefer to renew or enroll with a paper application and check,* please print out the membership form and mail to 3 Manor Close, Sleepy Hollow, NY, 10591. Dues are $250 per household.
*Consider paying by check (after re-registering either online or on paper). While paying online is easier, SHMA avoids transaction fees and puts more of your money to work when you pay by check. But you know yourself best: if a check is never going to happen, by all means, pay those dues using PayPal!
To add a second contact to your account, first login with the link in the top right corner (if you're already logged in, the login link will be replaced with your name, click that instead) and you'll be directed to your SHMA profile. On the profile page, click add member and fill in the details for your second contact. For assistance, please contact membership@shmanor.org.
Annual dues help sponsor social gatherings and special events such as our Fourth of July parties, Halloween parades, Candidates’ Nights, annual association meetings, and welcome parties for new residents. SHMA manages and beautifies the public spaces in the manor. We encourage you to renew at the beginning of each annual membership period. Please remember that we do not pro-rate memberships.
